The Transformation Of Me
Anna L. Woods, MMin, CCP, is an author, speaker, and certified Coaching Professional whose life’s work centers on one conviction: transformation is possible, no matter how deep the loss. Drawing from her own journey through grief and life’s unexpected turns, Anna helps women name what they’ve lost, reclaim who they are, and step into who God has called them to be.
She is the author of Faith and Feelings: Embracing Our Humanity, a reflective journal, and Rising Above: Journey Within, both born from her belief that healing begins when we are willing to examine and name our emotions rather than run from them.
Anna holds a Master’s degree in Ministry and Strategic Leadership and is a Certified Life Coach, Certified Grief Recovery Specialist, Certified Christian Counselor, and Certified Trauma-Informed Resilience Care Provider. She brings 30+ years of corporate leadership experience alongside deep community involvement, giving her a rare ability to speak to women navigating identity loss with both compassion and practical, grounded wisdom.
